Blessing in disguise 

In May of 2020 I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. I was 24 when I was diagnosed, now am 25. I did 5 months of chemo God blessed me with no side effects, except losing my hair. After chemo I had a double mastectomy and 25 lymph nodes taken out. Again God blessed me had very little pain after surgery. Had radiation for 3 months after surgery. I am now cancer free.

I call my journey a blessing disguise because I had cancer during a pandemic and it was very helpful for me to not be alone in wearing a mask or not be the only one not working. My journey is still going.
