Treatment: Chemotherapy, radiation, traditional healing

I am a 47-year-old Alaskan Native Women who is going through my second round of breast cancer within three years. The first round was a piece of cake. However, during this second round, I am having the whole “Cadillac” of cancer treatment: chemotherapy, traditional healing, cancer groups, radiation, and all the wonderful drugs that come with it.

I have started my own blog as a way of communicating my story: http://www.laurasjourney.com. It chronicles what it is to live through breast cancer and its treatment. I am happy to share, but I am also sad to be sharing, because it means I have breast cancer, and who wants to deal with that?
