One day I was doing my own self breast exam and I felt a lump in my left side of my breast. I went to my doctor who ordered a ultrasound and I had a biopsy done. When my test came back he told me I had breast cancer (which of course I was devastated) and told me that it’s also genetic. That was 2013 and as of 2019 I am still cancer-free. Ladies do your own self breast exam it can save your life……
